New Food Truck and Food Trailers Pop Up in Sulphur Springs

Some new food trucks and food trailers have set up in Sulphur Springs so we went to find out about them. Four new locations have popped up over the last month across town.
La Vaquera’s food truck started setting up in the Cash Saver parking lot on Main St. They used to be set up on Broadway a few years ago and have recently returned to the business. They have a traditional Mexican food menu full of burritos, quesadillas, and more. They are there Monday-Saturday.
Tito’s Rico’s Tacos is set up on the corner of Broadway and Bill Bradford Road. They sell tacos, burritos, and tortas. Tito’s Rico’s is set up Tuesday through Saturday.
Asian Express To-Go is set up at the convenience store at the corner of Main St. and Texas St. They sell Asian food that’s made in a homemade style instead of a fast food style. They’re open Tuesday-Friday at the Main St. location. I talked a really nice guy when I stopped by and he said he’s eaten there twice and loves it.
Slaughter’s BBQ Oasis is in the Fix and Feed parking lot. They are only open on Saturday’s.
