Sulphur Springs Police Asking for Public’s Help Identifying Vehicle and Driver That Struck Pedestrian Monday Night on Main Street

Sulphur Springs Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a vehicle and driver that struck a pedestrian walking on Main Street near Dairy Queen last night (3/5/2018), just before 8 p.m. The vehicle fled the scene without stopping.
Witnesses advise the vehicle was possibly a white Ford Mustang possibly an older model. The vehicle accelerated towards and bright lighted the victim just before impact. It is possible there is damage to the driver’s side of the suspect vehicle. The vehicle fled westbound on Main Street after striking the pedestrian. The victim was Careflighted to a metroplex hospital where she is in serious but stable condition.
