95 Pounds of Marijuana Discovered During I-30 Traffic Stop

Rigoberto Juarez, 51, of Laredo was arrested last night on Interstate 30. Juarez was stopped for a traffic violation. Juarez was found to be in possession of approximately 95 pounds of marijuana. Juarez was taken into custody without incident. While being booked in Juarez was found in possession of a $1 bill with suspected cocaine residue and a clear plastic bag with suspected cocaine. Juarez was charged with Possession of Marijuana Over 50 Pounds Under 2000 Pounds and is being held at Hopkins County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
