Sí, Yo Puedo Controlar Mi Diabetes

Texas A&M AgriLife Extension and Christus Trinity Clinic are partnering to present this 7-lesson series targeted toward Hispanic audiences.  The diabetes classes will help participants understand the importance of nutrition and blood glucose monitoring in managing diabetes.  The classes are free, but anyone interested must call to reserve a seat.  Classes will be taught in Spanish.

Dates of the 2018 series are: Monday, January 8; Tuesday, January 16; and Mondays, January 22, 29, February 5, 12, and 19.  All classes will take place at the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Office, 1200-B W. Houston, and will be offered at 1:30 and repeated at 5:30 each of those dates.
