About 30 to 40 family members and friends watched and celebrated as he and his wife, Karen, formally adopted their two foster children — 3-year-old Jose and 19-month-old Antonio — during a ceremony held by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services at Seguin’s First Presbyterian Church.
