Memorial services for Stephen D. Wallis, age 48, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 17, 2017 at Greater Vision Church in Tawakoni, TX. There will be no formal visitation. Stephen passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at his residence. Stephen was born on March 11, 1969 in Mt. Pleasant, TX, the son of Bobby Joe Wallis and Shirley Gay Quinn Wallis. He married Teresa Crain on November 18, 1999 in Hopkins County. She survives. Stephen was a professional truck driver for Archie Mitchell Trucking. In addition to his wife Stephen is survived by two sons, Cody Wallis and wife Kristi of Sulphur Springs and Blake McClure and wife Angelina of Winnsboro, his father, Bobby Joe Wallis of Sulphur Springs, brother, Michael Wallis and wife Amanda of Dike, sisters, Gina Giguere and husband Bryan of Winnsboro, Jennifer Adamek and husband Cory of Mt. Pleasant, grandchildren, Braylon McClure, Grayson McClure and Dylan McClure, grandmother, Lucy Kizer of Winnsboro and one niece and one nephew.
