Memorial service for Joyce Mangrum, 59, of Sulphur Springs, TX will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 13, 2017 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Fred Randles officiating. There will be no formal visitation. Joyce passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017 at UT Health Science Center in Tyler. She was born on June 24, 1957 in Monroe, LA, the daughter of Jewel Bee and Annievee Harrison Green. She married Billy Mangrum on July 4, 1974 at England Airforce Base in Alexandria, LA. He survives. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Frank, Jeffery, and Timothy Mangrum, brothers, J.W., Jimmy, Jewel Jr., and Henry Green, sisters, Shirley Douzart, Diane Peoples, and Trish Kerry, and grandson Joshua Mangrum.
