ii) Approval Of Utility Easements, Burial Of Telephone Cables And Construction Of Water Distribution Facilities:
a) The Court To Consider Approving A Request From Farmers Electric Cooperative, Inc. To Re-Route Existing Electrical Power
Distribution Facilities Along CR 4779, Which Is Located Approximately 358 Feet North Of CR 4777 In Precinct 4.
b) The Court To Consider Approving A Request From Brashear Water Supply Corporation To Construct A 1” Water Main Distribution
Main Cased In 1 ½ PVC On County Road 1100, And Oil Road, Which Is Located Approximately .6 Mile West Of FM 2653 In Precinct 1.
3) The Court To Consider Citizens Comments.
4) Other County Business.
i) The Court To Consider Accepting Bids For The Purchase Of A Used Reclaimer For Hopkins County Precinct 2 Pursuant To The County Purchasing Act.
ii) The County Extension Agent(s) To Present Certificates To The Court For Their Participation In The District 4 Judges’ And Commissioners’ Conference That Was Held On December 1, 2016 In The Titus County Extension Office In Mt. Pleasant,Texas.
iii) The Court To Appoint Markeda Fisher To The Library Board.
5) The Court To Consider Approving Budget Amendments And Line Item Transfers.
6) The Court Will Consider And Act On Payment Of Bills, Revenues And Expenses And Financial Statements.
7) The Court To Consider Approving Grants.
8) The Court To Consider Accepting Donations.
9) The Court To Consider Contracts.
10) The Court Will Consider And Act On Personnel Matters.
