Maxwell Found and Arrested after Evading Arrest for a Day

36 year old John Maxwell of Paris has been arrested by law enforcement officers. A citizen picked him up and took him to the Birthright area. Law enforcement was contacted and they made a stop on the vehicle. He fled on foot but was caught by officers and taken into custody. I will update this post as details come in.
