Fire fighters and fire engines from Hopkins County, North Hopkins, Cumby, Brinker, Commerce, Paris, Rockwall, Frisco and The Colony all participated in the funeral procession for local firefighter Steven Vickery. The procession began at League Street Church of Christ and went around Wildcat Way to Broadway and then downtown. It was a truly touching event.
