SSHS UIL Competes in North Lamar
The Sulphur Springs High School UIL Team traveled to Paris for another practice meet January 15th and 16th. The UIL Academic Team brought home the 1st place trophy from the North Lamar Dr. Tommy Eads UIL Invitational Meet. Sulphur Springs has seen 5 out of the 6 schools they will be competing against in district competition.

Zachary Blackmom placed 4th in the 9th grade division and Nathan Grafton and Drew Thomas tied for 6th in the 11th grade division. |

Jeff Spears placed 2nd and Kade Koon placed 5th individually. Aurthur Harbin, Taylor Ausbrooks, and Kendall Steiber helped the team earn 2nd place. |
