Chamber of Commerce Hosts Monday
Ribbon Cutting at Hopkins County's
Newest Mexican Restaurant

Owners of Tierra del Sol, Eustoquio and Patricia Peralta and Nora and Telesforo Peralta, were on hand to greet
members of the Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce, at Monday's ribbon cutting.

 

Members of the Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce gathered at Hopkins County's newest Mexican Food Restaurant, Monday morning, at 11:00 a.m., to welcome them into the local business community. Owners of Tierra del Sol, are Telesforo Peralta and Eustoguio Peralta.

 

 

Following the official ribbon cutting, chamber members enjoyed lunch, compliments of the owners.

 

 

 

 

 

"I ate the most wonderful Avocado enchiladas!" expressed Meredith Caddell, Chamber of Commerce CEO. "They were out of this world!"

 


Chamber of Commerce members enjoyed lunch at Tierra del Sol, complements of the owners.

 

"And, we all loved the Queso Deluxe!" inserted Bob Weaver, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce Board. "It's a mixtue of pico, hamburger meat, guacamole, and queso cheese! It's wonderful!"

Hours for the new restaurant are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday thru Saturday.
