Chamber Director, Treva Watson, found the chairs a little bit small at
Steps 2 Strides, on Thursday, but said "the toys were wonderful!"

It was a large crowd of Chamber of Commerce members and guests that attended Thursday afternoon's Business After Hours, hosted by Steps 2 Strides Pediatrics Therapy Center, located in the VF Outlet Mall. Tours were given through the newly opened facility, that has joined the Hopkins County business community and members of the staff explained the mission of the business to those in attendance.

A beautiful array of finger foods and a host of door prizes were awarded during the two hour "get-acquainted" session, that allows local business owners to network with others in the local business climate.

Chamber Directors, Judy Gregg and Treva Watson, welcomed this cute little
attendee to Thursday's Business After Hours, on Thursday.

Steps 2 Strides General Manager, Cara Petty, introduced the staff and owners to those present and explained the number of services that the new business offers. "We have a holistic approach to offering therapy to the youth of this community, to help them become productive citizens in the community and beyond," expressed Petty. "We have been open for only two weeks and it has been great, as the reception we have received from the community!"

Many individual business owners from across the spectrum were present at Thursday's affair, designed to allow business owners discuss problems, offer solutions, and get to know one another, as they attempt to make the community a better place to live and do business.

Local business owners discussed local issues and made plans for future involvement in the community,
at Thursday's Business After Hours.

"It's great to be a part of the Hopkins County business community, and to share ideas and ideals with others who conduct business here," expressed Petty. "We want to be a committed and positive influence in Hopkins County, and be the best that we can be in our field of expertise!"

Watch the community calendar for future Business After Hours events and make plans to come out and join local business owners as they meet and share ideas!
