Grand and Reserve Champion Awards at
State Fair Ag Mechanics Show
From: Sulphur Springs FFA
It was a great win for the Sulphur Springs FFA and exhibitor, Kasey Blezinger, when her shop constructed Electrical Goat Treadmill was awarded Reserve Grand Champion at the State Fair of Texas Ag Mechanics Show. "We work on these projects and get them ready for exhibition, but never know what the judges are going to like," explained Vocational Agriculture Teacher and Ag Mechanics Instructior, Dan Froneberger. "Design, uses, and the actual construction of the project all go into the final score the project receives in the show and we were really excited that Kasey's project was selected for the Reserve Champion of the entire show!"
"Then, things even got better when Colten's project was selected for the Grand Champion Award, in the Electrical Division," expressed Froneberger. "We had a wonderful showing at the State Fair of Texas, this year!"
