Saltillo 8th Graders Win
Canton Tourney

The Nets, a team composed of Saltillo 8th grade girls, won the Canton Eaglette Classic Tournament last weekend by defeating the Winnsboro 7th / 8th grade team in the championship game 31-27.  The Saltillo girls also defeated Edgewood 44-10, Bullard 38-14, and Brownsboro 37-14 before advancing to the championship game.  Members are Karli Brewer, Chelsea Moore, Victoria Stretcher, Luz Nunez, Tiffney Goldsmith and Courtney Goldsmith.  They are coached by Barry Brewer.
