Saltillo FFA Receives Awards at
State Convention, in Dallas

Members of the Saltillo FFA who received their Lone Star Farmer Degrees at the State Convention in
Dallas include:

Lacie English, Cody Parris, Shayna Floyd, Brett Smith, Anthony Harris

 

Members of the Saltillo FFA attended the 81st annual Texas FFA convention in Dallas July 7th through the 10th. Six members received their Lone Star Farmer Degree, Laci English, Cody Parris, Shayna Floyd, Brett Smith, Anthony Harris and Colton Smith.  The Lone Star Farmer Degree is the highest degree offered at the state level.

 

 Wednesday evening at the third general session Bobby Goldsmith was recognized for receiving the Texas FFA Ag Ed. Fund Scholarship.  Thursday morning at the fourth general session the Saltillo Agricultural Mechanics team was recognized for being the state winning team.

 

Bobby Goldsmith, Saltillo FFA member, middle, received an FFA Scholarship,

at the State FFA Convention in Dallas.
