to Host Monthly Meeting & Christmas Party

The Hopkins County Republican Party will be hosting their regular monthly meeting and a Christmas Party for all members and guests, on Thurday night, December 17, 2009, in the Ag Building in Buford Park, at 6:00 p.m. The program will be "How to Register a New Voter," and will be presented by John Cook from Kaufman County.

A covered dish meal will be served with this month's special being "spaghetti." Local county chairman, Donnie Wisenbaker, reports that commitments have already been made for the meal, but if anyone wants to bring a dessert or salad, to give him or Beth a call or e-mail them at bethwisen@yahoo.com or bwisenbaker@hopkinscountygop.org.

"We want everyone to come out and enjoy the program and the meal and spread Christmas joy throughout our membership," advised Donnie Wisenbaker. "With the several contested races here in Hopkins County, it's a great time to become involved and show your support for the local candidates!"
