Burns and Parker are both active in their Hopkins County FFA chapters and had prepared a 5 minute speech, that they delivered before fellow district FFA members, in Mt. They will be representing Hopkins County, for the next year, as they attend conventions, facilitate leadership camps, make speeches at chapter FFA banquets, and plan the program of work for the Northeast Texas area.
