decided to take a nap by the front door of the school.

It was Pajama Day at Cumby High School on Monday, as students participate in Homecoming Week, all week, leading up to the climax of the Homecoming Coronation on Friday night, and the match-up with Union Hill in football. "We have a theme for every day this week," advised students. "Today is Pajama Day, Tuesday is 'crazy sock' day, Wednesday is 'hat day,' and Thursday is a really fun day, when the guys dress like girls and the girls dress like guys, and then, of course, Friday is 'Maroon-Out' Day!"
"It's a great way to increase school spirit and have a little bit of fun, while we learn," advised Vickie Evans, School Secretary. "We all have a good time and it builds school spirit for the pep rally, parade, and bonfire, as we look forward to Friday night!"
The Homecoming Parade will be hosted on Wednesday night, and wind its way through the City of Cumby, ending at the lot adjacent to the football field, where the annual Homecoming Bonfire will be lit!

"It's a big week in Cumby and everyone is excited about the game Friday night!" advised Yearbook Advisor and Math Teacher, David Stribling. "Almost everyone in Cumby will show-up for the parade, bonfire, and Friday's activities!"
The crowning of the new Homecoming King and Queen will be conducted in pre-game activities, before the match-up with Union Hill. And, the annual Homecoming Dance will be featured, following the game, on Friday night.
