Arrested in Arson Case

According to a report from Sulphur Springs Police Chief Jim Bayuk, a 50 year old Brashear man, Jaime Gonzlez, owner of the El Patrillo Restaurant, has been arrested in connection with the fire at his business, in the early morning hours of September 10th. He has been released on bond, following confessing to investigators in the case.
A warrant has also been issued for the arrest of Leo Bravo, who served as a chef at the local restaurant and he has not been apprehended. "We've asked the aid of the U.S. Marshals Office in helping us to locate Bravo," advised Bayuk. "And, further arrests may be made as the case develops!"
The fire call was received at 12:20 a.m., on September 10th, and an investigations revealed it was started in a small room in the center of the building. By the time that local firefighters arrived, the kitchen and entire center of the building was engulfed in flames. The remainder of the building received heavy smoke, heat, and water damage. This the fifth fire at the location on North Industrial Drive in Sulphur Springs, since the building was built in the 1980's, that was originally opened as a Western Sizzlin' Steakhouse.
