Classic Cars in Miller Grove, Saturday

"It's a great place to dream!" exclaimed one patron at Saturday's Miller Grove VFD Classic Car Show. "You can just walk through these great automobiles and dream about the times that you spent in one 'just like 'em,' years ago!"

 

 

 

"I can remember driving the roads in this very community, in a classic car, just like that one!" exclaimed another admirer. "That was the day and we sure had lots of fun!"

 

 

 

 

Saturday's Classic Car Show in Miller Grove was sponsored as a fundraising effort for the Miller Grove Volunteer Fire Department and awarded prizes in a number of classes and groups of classic automobiles. Entries came from as far away as Waco and all points around the Metro-plex.

 

 

 

"It's a great day for folks to come-out and enjoy a day of admiring classic automobiles and the weather seemed to cooperate for most of the day," advised one of the sponsors. "It's just a day of fun in Miller Grove, when everyone has a great time!"

 

 

 

Concessions, games, and a number of other attractions are provided with the Classic Car Show, to include the entire family.
