Interstate Body Shop Hosts Customer Appreciation Day
and Recognizes Employees, Wednesday
by: Bobby McDonald
Wednesday was a day of celebration at Interstate Body Shop, on North Industrial Drive, when they hosted a Customer Appreciation Day, with BBQ, and recognized two of their longtime employees. "We started in business, here in Sulphur Springs, 36 years ago, and employee Len Hurley, has been with us for 35 years," expressed owner, Don Overstreet. "Just imagine all of the changes he's seen in your cars and trucks, in the last 35 years!"
"That was back in 1975, so you can imagine the different body styles, types of parts, and materials that Len has worked with," continued Overstreet. "Ken Brown and I want to express our appreciation to Len for his service and all the knowledge that he has, regarding body work!"
"We want to all denote the 10 years of association that we've had with Chuck Sickles," stated Overstreet. "He's been a vital part of this business since 2000, and we hope to have many, many more years of his association!"
"It's the knowledge of Len that I'm asking about everyday, when I need to know something," expressed Sickles. "Len has pretty well seen it all, in the past 35 years, with his association with the business!"
"But, the most vital part of our business here at Interstate Body Shop, is you the customers," continued Sickles. "Without you, there wouldn't be a reason to come to work every day, and do the things that we enjoy, serving you!"
Wednesday's Customer Appreciation Day was hosted from 11:00 a.m., until 1:00 p.m., with customer "dropping by" and visiting with the employees and owners of Interstate Body Shop.
Congratulations, Len, Chuck,
and the entire staff at Interstate Body Shop!!!
