Local Young Lady Recovering in
Tyler Hospital Following Saturday Morning Wreck

Twenty-one year old Como resident, Lexie Schepp, is recovering from head injuries in Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler. Schepp received injuries in a one-vehicle accident, early Saturday morning, near Winnsboro. She was transported on Saturday to the Tyler Hospital, where she underwent surgery, on Sunday, for her injuries.

"She's resting and recovering nicely," expressed her grandmother, Polly Swatsell, on Monday morning. "She came through the surgery well and is resting, following a restless night. We're so thankful for the doctors and they are telling us that she will fully recover!"

Schepp was a passenger, in the back seat of a car driven by a friend. The driver and the other occupant of the car were not seriously injured in the accident.
