If you've been driving Loop-301 or Airport Road, you've probably wondered what the new construction at the north intersection of these two streets was comprised. Well, beginning on Friday, August 28th, the beautiful new building will be the new home of the Lakes Regional Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center. The spacious new facilities will provide more room and easier access for patients, as the local agency moves into the new facilities.

 

Staff members at Lakes Regional MHMR were boxing files and
sealing them for the move, on Thursday.

"We're looking forward to moving to our new location," advised staff member, Marilee Fisher. "It will be nice to have more room and hopefully our patients will have easier access at the new place!"

The new address for Lakes Regional MHMR is 655 Airport Road and the beautiful location is easy to locate.

Offices at Lakes Regional MHMR will be closed on both Friday and Monday to facilitate the move into the new building, with them open for business on Tuesday, September 1, 2009.

However, if emergency care is needed, it is available by calling 1-866-443-0667 or the local number, (903)885-8611.

 

Other staff members had the arduous task of moving and
labeling the packed boxes, in anticipation of Friday's move.
