Saltillo Junior High Lady Lions
Complete Undefeated Season

The Saltillo Junior High Lady Lions Basketball team completed another undefeated season.  This is the second year that this group of Lady Lions have went untouched compiling a win/loss record of 36 – 0 for the past two seasons.   The Lady Lions who pride themselves on the defensive end of the floor suffocated opponents holding teams to 11 points per game, forcing multiple turnovers that ignited their offensive attack torching the nets for 41 points per game.  

For Coach Garry Davison this is actually his third straight undefeated season at the Junior High level pushing that winning streak to 54 – 0,  “ This is a hard working group of girls, they have only lost twice that I know of since starting Little Dribbler’s and the Hopkins County City League down in the third grade.  They play year round and have great work ethics and the parent support is vital.  I am expecting great things out of this group at the varsity level.
