Matthew 6:13
For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen
Have you ever looked closely at shampoo bottle or some other product and noticed that the name of the distributer is usually listed in very small print on the back of the product. You have to intentionally look on that shampoo bottle to see Johnson and Johnson or whatever the parent company’s name is. The same principle should apply to your life and ministry. Jesus is who you should be promoting, He is the product, He is who you’re making known, not yourself. Many believers get caught up in making sure that they’re recognized for what they do for the Kingdom’s sake. God is not unjust, He will promote and honor you as you bring honor to Him. It is not your place to do so. So as He gives you opportunity to minister and serve make sure your motive is to promote the Kingdom and not build your own empire. – Love and Blessings, Pastor Jeff
