Funeral services for Alice Ramona Gill Francis, age 77, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Spence Chapel, First Baptist Church with Rev. Fred Lewis officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., prior to service time at Spence Chapel. Alice passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at her residence. Alice was born on January 12, 1941in Galveston, TX, the daughter of Dennis Raymond Pogue and Jimmie Love Meek Pogue. Alice was an accountant and a member of First Baptist Church and the David Baucom Sunday School Class. Alice is survived by her children, James Haskell Gill, Jr. and wife Twila, Gina Hicks and husband Mickey, Richard Francis and wife Janeen, Frank Francis and wife Faith, brother, Dick Pogue and sister, Juanita “Dimples” Hooks, 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, James Haskell Gill, Sr., and Richard Robert Francis, son, Anthony Scott Gill and daughter, Amy Gill Wood.
