Como-Pickton Junior High Lady Eagles Basketball Teams Take Both Games at Cumby

Monday, November 5th, the Lady Eagles of Como-Pickton Junior High traveled to Cumby and came out with two victories. The B-Team defeated the Lady Trojans 12 to 10. The Lady Eagles were lead in scoring by Rhayne Thomas who had 6 points, while Tatiana Martinez, Katie Tifft, and Maddie Williams all scored 2 each. The Lady Eagle A-Team fought hard for their 19 to 18 win over the Lady Trojans. Addison Monk lead all scorers with 7 points, Chloe Jalufka and Mattison Buster knocked in 4 points each, and Lani Hurley and Shelby Speed scored 2 points each.
The Lady Eagles will travel to Campbell next Monday the 12th. The B-Team begins at 4:30 followed by B-Team Boys, A-Team Girls, and A-Team Boys.
