3rd Annual Dominic Ayala Jamboree Set for Saturday, September 29th in Yantis

The 3rd Annual Dominic Ayala Jamboree is set for Saturday, September 29th in Yantis. It will kick off at 3pm at Hidden Lakes Hunting Lodge in Yantis. There will be dominoes, horshoes, cornhole, clay shoot, and archery competitions. Don Woods will be providing the entertainment. There will be a live and silent auction along with tons of kid friendly activities. Below is a schedule of events:
The judging time for the BBQ cook-off in each category will take place as follows:
Beans 12:30
Chicken 1:00pm
Ribs 2:00pm
Brisket 3:00pm
**WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT 4PM
**We will have a small concession available with hamburgers, hotdogs, French fries and drinks that will be open upon arrival of event.
**The BBQ will be served after 4pm
GAMES:
**42 will start at 3pm
**Cornhole will start at 4:15pm
**Horseshoes will start at 5:15pm
**3-D Archery-we will start shooting between 3pm-6:30pm ( All shooting has to be done before dark)
**Clayshoot will start at 3:30pm
**Candyland for the kids will start approximately at 4pm
**SILENT AUCTION-will be upon arrival and end at 5:30pm
**LIVE AUCTION-will start at 5:30pm
**PERFORMANCE BY DON WOODS WILL START AT 6PM
ITS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. WE WILL BE OUT THERE AND READY TO GO. BUT IN CASE OF RAIN WE MAY HAVE TO ADJUST SCHEDULED START TIMES.
