Como-Pickton’s very own, Mrs. Jennifer Arden, was honored in Austin on Friday by the Commissioner of Education for being named Region 8’s Teacher of the Year. She represented 1 of 20 elementary teachers from across the state. At Como-Pickton CISD, your children are being taught by some of the best educators in Texas. Mrs. Arden represents a school full of pride and passion for educating the children of our community.
