The Wildcats stopped Wakeland’s 2 point conversion attempt late in the 4th quarter that would’ve tied the game. The Wildcats then ran out the clock with a strong offensive drive to hold on to the win.
D’Corian Young led the offense with almost 300 total yards, two rushing TD’s, and two passing TD’s. Sophomore running back Caden Davis scored a touchdown and had 126 yards rushing. Austin Dodd and Landry Tyson both caught touchdown passes.
