Hopkins County Burn Ban Delayed Due to Recent Rain

Hopkins County is not under a burn ban at this time. The planned burned ban was placed on hold by Hopkins County Commissioner’s Court due to recent rain. Officials will monitor conditions and revisit the idea when necessary. Large portions of East Texas implemented burn bans recently in response to the lack of rain this summer.
