Graveside services for Melba Ann Mills, age 74, of Weaver, Texas willbe held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Weaver Cemetery with Jimmy Don Goldsmithofficiating. No formal visitation will be held. Family and friends will meet at Weaver Baptist Church directly after the service. Ms. Millspassed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018, at Sulphur Springs Health and Rehab.
Melba Ann Mills was born on March 23, 1943 to Raymond and Mary Catherine Green in Commerce, TX. Melba was a homemaker and amember of the Weaver Baptist Church.
Melba is survived by her children, Teresa Minick and husband Joe ,David Mills and wife, Margaret,Tammy Matlock and husband,Matt; grandchildren, Kenneth Minick, Juanita Minick, Samantha Minick, Betty Ann Mills, Payton Matlock, Shelby Matlock, Kirby Mills, Micky Vaughn, Hunter Mills; numerous great grandchildren;sisters, Peggy Freeman and Pam Hendricks; brothers, Jerry Green, Ronnie Green, Mike Green and Ricky Green.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jackie Mills; brother, Jimmie Green; sister, Sue Sinclair.
Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
