A 61 year old Sulphur Springs man was arrested on Monday for Cruelty to Livestock-Failure to Provide. The subject’s livestock have been seized by the SPCA. The livestock appeared to be suffering from malnutritioin. The livestock have been transported to be treated by a veterinarian. The exact number of cattle is unknown as roundup efforts continue but the number is in the hundreds.
