Memorial services for Mark Wood, age 58, of Yantis have been scheduled for 2:00 pm Sunday, August 6, 2017 at the home of Jonna Watson, 3368 CR 1439, Yantis. No visitation has been scheduled.

Mark Wood was born April 5, 1959, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Victor Bruce Wood and Esther Marie Pease Wood.  He worked at Wendy’s as a cook and was a member of the Lake Fork Baptist Church in Alba.  Mr. Wood passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017 at his daughter’s home in Yantis.

Survivors include his daughters: Jonna Watson and husband, Jerry and Shannon Belchler and husband, Willie; sons: Cody Wood and Bruce Wood; grandchildren: Kyle Watson, Shane Watson, Hunter Watson, Allisa Bechler, Patricia Bechler, Charoltte Bechler, Jackson Bechler, Phoenix Wood and Damion Wood; sister: Vicki Firment.

He was preceded in death by his parents;sister: Diane Lyons.
