Graveside service for Reba Williams, age 95, of Cumby, will be heldat 11:30 A.M. on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at Sulphur Springs City Cemetery with Alvis Nichols officiating and Johnny Fergesen, Randy Garrett, Tyler Stewart, Nick Hooten, Lance Williams and Jeff McCoy serving as pallbearers.  Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July, 18, 2017 at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.  Mrs. Williams passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Christus Mother Frances, Sulphur Springs.

 

Reba Dean Williams was born on February 3, 1922 to Burt Garrett and Annie Fergerson.  She married Murray Emanuel Williams in Hopkins County, September of 1941.  Reba was the owner of a Dairy Farm and member of League Street Church of Christ.

 

She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Hooten and husband Fred; sons, Gary Williams and wife Judy, Rick Williams and wife,Terry; grandchildren, Trena Reed and husband Mike, Brad Hooten and wife Dawn, Jessica Jennings and husband Joe, Julia Jennings and husband, John, Lance Williams, Lindsay McCoy and husband, Jeff; great grandchildren, Amber Mann and husband, Chris, Tyler Stewart, Kylinn Wyatt, Brynn Wyatt, Brielle Jennings, Landri McCoy and Reese McCoy; great great grandchildren, Hailie and Rylie Mann.

 

Reba was preceded in death by her parents, husband; sisters, Baby Ruth Garrett, Lois Medders; brothers, Leo Garrett, Reese Garrett, Hope Garrett.

 

Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
