The Red River Valley RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program) held their Annual Summer Awards Banquet on Thursday, June 14th at the New Beginnings Fellowship Church. The theme of the Banquet was “Volunteers Make A World Of Difference”. The Dinner was Catered by Murray’s BBQ
Karen Strickland won 1st Prize for “Geography Trivia”
A Photo Booth was set up for everyone to have their photo made with fun props.
Special Speaker was Clayton McGraw who spoke about the “Honor Flight”
2016 Volunteer of the Year was presented to Gloria Bergeron who volunteers at
Meal A Day and the St. James Catholic Church.
