Local Boy Scout Connor Bailey and Boy Scout Troop 69 Build Flowerbeds for Hope’s House Over the Weekend

Connor Bailey of Boy Scout Troop 69 began his Eagle Scout Project at Hope’s House on Saturday. 30 leaders, Scout members and family members all helped with the project. They worked from 8-5 Saturday building galvanized raised flowerbeds for Hope’s House. Now the volunteers at Hope’s House will grow fruits and vegetables to give to people in our community that are in need. This is Phase 1 in the process of the Hope Garden. They plan to build 4 more boxes and to build a fence around the garden. Connor plans to help the church when they get ready to build the next 4 boxes.
