Graveside Service for Barbara Formby, age 77, of Sulphur Springs will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at South Liberty Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation. Barbara passed away Monday, February 22, 2017 at Wesley House – Memory Care.
Arrangements are under the direction of Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home.
