Track Scholarship

Hunter Wade Cooksey, a 2010 Graduate of Como-Pickton High School and a versatile member of the Eagle Track Team, has signed a letter of intent to attend college at Bacone College in Muskogee, Oklahoma, and join their track team. Cooksey attended the college last week and "liked what he saw" and made the decision to join the Bacone College Team, on Thursday, June 27th.
"It's an opportunity to continue my track career at the college level," expressed Hunter Cooksey. "I'm looking forward to going across the state line and being a part of the Bacone College Team, as I continue my college career!"
Cooksey has been a member of the Como-Pickton Eagles Track Team, all four years of high school competing in pole vaulting and a number of track and field events.
