Brick Pavers are Available Again

Memorial Hospital, June 30, 2009; 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

 

The unveiling of over 200 brick pavers will be part of the Celebration Reception that will be held Tuesday, June 30th, 5 p.m. – 7:p.m. at Memorial Hospital.   The newly renovated lobby will open as well as the Johnnie Master’s Gift Shop.  The Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting at 5:30p.m.  Refreshments will be served and guests will have the opportunity to visit the gift shop, view the beautiful new hospital lobby, and locate their previously purchased brick pavers.

Due to increased community interest in the brick pavers, the Health Care Foundation will be launching another opportunity to purchase brick pavers.  Brick paver orders may be placed at the Celebration Reception and the cost will remain the same; $50 per paver.  Again there are a limited number of pavers available and time is of the essence.  Everyone who missed out the first time is encouraged to respond quickly this time.  “We believe the brick pavers will go even faster this time” states Jackie Thornton, Director of the Foundation.  “We were thrilled with the response from the community on the first batch of pavers made available.  We even surpassed our original goal.  We are just happy that we had some pavers left at the engravers that we can offer to the community again”.
