Wildcat Band and Blue Blazes
Present Quality Half-Time Shows
by: Bobby McDonald
The Blue Blazes were huddled together in the cold, before Friday night's performance.
On a rather "frosty" night in Royce City, the Wildcat Band and Blue Blazes Drill Team presented their halftime show to the crowd in the stands, on the opposing side and received a number of compliments for their performances, that maybe many times, we here in Sulphur Springs take for granted. Yes, despite the rain, the cold, and the heat, we know we're going to have an entertaining halftime show, at every ballgame compliments of approximately 300 dedicated members of the Wildcat Band and Blue Blazes Drill Team.
And, they'll be "marching" with us through the play-off season, dedicating their weekends to performances at those games, as well! As one youngster in the band commented, "If we go too deep in the play-offs, that's going to cut into my deer hunting schedule!"
Congratulations to the Wildcat Band and Blue Blazes for all their hard work and dedication

Enjoy these photos of Friday night's performance in Royce City!!!
