"A Frosty Morn in Hopkins County
This Morning"

by: Bobby McDonald

If  you were out early this morning, the temperatures "dipped" low last night and left a coating of frost all over everything! Those tender houseplants "should have been inside!"

The overnight left enough of the frosty coating that most things will be "killed back" and we can about "write-off" and hope of hay or forage production for the season. But, it's the 6th of November, so it's about time for a "killing frost" in our area of the state.

Enjoy these photos of Saturday morning's heavy frost, in Hopkins County!
