Hopkins County Historical Museum's Folk Festival

 

Hopkins County Historical Museum hosted their Folk Festival Saturday, May 8, 2010. The festival began at 9:00 a.m. an lasted until 3:00 p.m.. Beans and Cornbread was served at 11:00 a.m.. The cost for the festival was $3 and children who were under six enjoyed the festival for free.

 

 

The Folk Festival also had activities such as candle making, butter making, tin punch, carving, quilting, petting zoo, and the music & bake sale. There was also a display of antique tractors for the festival.

 

 

The Folk Festival was full of food and activities and many people spent their Saturday morning at the Historical Museum.
