District 18-A All-District Volleyball
Teams Named

 

The Cumby Lady Trojans had a perfect 12-0 District Season and advanced to Regional Quarterfinals Competition, in 2009.

 

 

It was no surprise that the Cumby Lady Trojans topped the All-District selection in District 18-A Volleyball teams, as they had a 12-0 district season and advanced to Regional Quarterfinals Competition, before being beaten by Overton, last week.

District 18-A Team Records included:

Miller Grove Lady Hornets 10-2

North Hopkins Lady Panthers 7-5

Quinlan Boles 5-7

Yantis Lady Owls 5-7

Fruitvale 5-7

Greenville Phoenix 0-12

 

Cumby's Laura Oviedo, #3, was selected Offensive Player of the Year.
