D.A.R.E. Program Hosts
Bowling Tournament, Saturday

Saturday was a day of fun and fundraising for the Hopkins County D.A.R.E. Program, as they hosted a Bowling Tournament at Classic Lanes. The Tournament attracted a number of teams and raised $4,905.00 for local D.A.R.E. Program materials to be distributed in the schools, according to Program Coordinator, Brad Cummings.

"We want to thanks our sponsors for Saturday's event," expressed Cummings. "We certainly couldn't continue to support the program and distribute all of the materials in the local schools for drug awareness, withouth their help and support!"

 

 

 

Sponsors for Saturday's event include: Pizza Inn, Family Video, Starplex Cinemas, Cumby Telephone, Farmers Electric Coop, Tire Town, Lone Star Dodge, Alliance Bank, Pilgrims Bank, Texas Heritage Bank, Guaranty Bond Bank and City National Bank.
