Lady Eagles Conduct Senior Night,
Tuesday
by: Bobby McDonald
It was bittersweet memories for Como-Pickton Lady Eagles volleyball players, Saxe Daugherty and Violet Perez, as they were introduced as senior members of the team, in pre-game activities, on Tuesday night. Both, vital members of the team, will be sorely missed as the Lady Eagles begin to look toward next year's entries into play. The two young ladies were escorted to center court by their moms.
The Lady Eagles lost the match-up with the Lone Oak' Lady Buffaloes, in three sets, 25-19, 25-9, and a close third game 25-22.

The Como-Pickton JV Lady Eagles also lost to the Lady Buffaloes, as their scores were 25-13 and 25-8.
Most all of the Lady Eagles will be "changing suits" and beginning basketball practice, as the season opens next month!
