Annual Cow-Calf Clinic Planned
For January 26th, in Winnsboro

From County Agent Mario Villarino

The Texas AgriLife Extension Service, a branch of Texas A&M University, will once again be offering their annual Northeast Texas Cow-Calf Clinc, on Tuesday, January 26th, in Winnsboro, at Winnsboro Livestock Commission Company. The clinic, designed to aid northeast Texas beef producers in the management of their herds, will begin at 8:00 a.m., with registration and offers a day of timely topics, aimed at increased production. A knowledgeable group of speakers have been selected to fit the needs of producers in this area of the state.

Hopkins, Wood, Titus, Rains, Camp, Delta/Franklin, and Upshur Counties have joined forces to offer this opportunity to area cattlemen.

It is imperative that you contact your local County Agriculture Agent office to RSVP your attendance, by January 19th, so that they can make plans for the lunch that will be provided.

Cost of this year's clinic is a modest $10.00, for a day of information and updates of current events happening in the cattle industry.
