Marks 10th Anniversary With Reception

Those attending Thursday night's CanHelp reception, reflected on numerous things that had
taken place during the development of the organization.

 

The local 211-CanHelp Organization hosted a 10th Anniversary Reception, as they marked the founding and continued success of the organization in Hopkins County, on Thursday night, January 28th. During the reception they took the opportunity to recognize those who had contributed to the organization's success and those who continue to serve on the board of directors.

 

 

"Without the help of a number of people, this organization couldn't have marked this successful milestone," affirmed Dawn Sheffield, Coordinator. "But, through the efforts of countless volunteer hours, we're able to celebrate this success and look forward to helping countless others, through our services in Hopkins County!"

 

 

 

 

Those recognized for service, on Thursday night, included:  Current Board Members - Dawn Sheffield, Jackie Brice, Penny Spearman, Bill Edwards, Tom Frisbie, Joseph Weilenbeck, Jimmie Emerson, Marcie Porter, Sherry Chester, Harold Nash, and Karon Weatherman. And, Past Board Members - Oscar Aguilar, Paul Bennett, Jackie Brice, Dr. Bill Bryant, Harve Chapman, Toni Coffee, Janie Crump, Jason Dietze, Lillian Fralin, Kathy Glover, P.K. Harris, Ron Herring, Patsy Johnson, Larry Jordan, Deanna Landers, Ginger Maynard, Michael McAndrews, Diana McGregor, Oscar Medelline, Shirley Moore, Rex Morgan, Pat Morgan, Gracie Sandez, Connie Shipp, Randy Thomas, Carolyn thomas, Troy Young, and Charles Oxford.

 

 

The CanHelp organization is the  place for individuals to call and find out about numerous services offered in our community and where to seek help, in receiving those services!
