New Appointment

To Board of Director’s

 

Monday, June 14, Chairman of the Board, Alec Bridges announced a new appointment to the Board of Directors for Alliance Bank.

 

“The Board is very excited to announce our newest member, Mr. Ralph Preuss.  Ralph is a key member of our community and has shown exceptional business leadership in his role as Partner at Bawcum and Preuss, Certified Public Accountants,” stated Alec Bridges-Chairman of the Board, Alliance Bank.

 

Preuss has over 25 years of experience in the Accounting field, and has held his CPA license since 1988.  In addition to accounting, he has professional experience in the telecom and banking industries. Preuss is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Sulphur Springs High School.

 

In addition to his many professional accomplishments and activities within professional accounting associations he and his family stay very busy in the community of Sulphur Springs.  He and his wife Lisa have two children and are members of First Baptist Church, Sulphur Springs.

Alliance Bank Biographical Information:

Alliance Bank was established in 1927 with corporate offices in Sulphur Springs, Texas and began serving Greenville and Hunt County in July of 1990.  It expanded into Wolfe City and Commerce in August of 1993.  In February 1996, the bank purchased Colonial Bank of Greenville and now has (2) branches serving that community.  Alliance Bank completed construction of its branch in Rockwall, Texas in October 2005.  Additionally, the Bank owns and operates Galyean Insurance Agency and it’s brokerage company-Alliance Bank Financial Services.
